“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses
its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer
good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men.
You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.
Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead
they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the
house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that
they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."

Salt & Light Ministries was established in England in 1984
to run Summersalt House Party. This was a camp for 20 to 30 year
old Christian men and women to train them in Church Leadership.
The first House Party was run in 1985 and held in Barnstable, Devon,
England.
Salt and Light Ministries' mission is to lift up the Lordship of
Jesus Christ and to encourage people to put Him first in every aspect
of their lives through an ongoing vibrant and intimate relationship
with God through Jesus Christ by the power of His Holy Spirit living
in them, through speaking engagements, radio broadcasts, tapes,
books, or any other means. |
