ALL THE DAYS ORDAINED FOR ME WERE WRITTEN IN YOUR BOOK
Did you know you were ordained?!
Well, all your days were ordained and they were written in God's book. Isn't that a wonderful fact! God is so interested in you as a person, as an unique individual that He has recorded ALL your days in a book. Each separate day has been planned. Contrary to what "the world" would try to make us believe, we are not just a number, an insignificant statistic which is only relevant as part of a whole. We are not just someone who lives in an obscure house, in an unknown road, of a forgotten district, in an insignificant city, of a far too distant island.
Nor does God consider it a tiny portion of a tiny planet, which makes up a tiny constellation, on the very fringe of a tiny universe, at the extreme end of His vast cosmos. No, God looks down through all those degrees and sees you. Someone who did not come into this world without His help. Someone who did not commence breathing until He got your motor going!
And He has a destiny for you! He mapped out a course for you which spans your life, right from conception, until, either your final breathe gives way in death or you rise to meet Him as He returns to take you to be with Himself forever. He wants you to enjoy every day to the full. He ordained it that you should. He saw all His plans for you and "saw that they were very good."
Oh yes, He is more interested in character than comfort, but He also sees the end from the beginning and if we walk in His ordained days and ways there will always be peace, joy, and blessing.
Hey, even if you have moved out from those days, you can still get back in. God ordained that you should do that too.
Take a few moments today to take stock and make sure that from today you are living God's ordained days for you.
