HIS INTENT ... THE MANIFOLD WISDOM OF GOD MADE KNOWN TO RULERS IN THE HEAVENLY REALMS
This is an area that we don't often think about but is of great significance.
Jesus Christ is Lord! That is the absolute unalterable fact! Jesus Christ is Lord! However, there are areas that still need to accept and bow to that reality. God has chosen - His Church - all those that have acknowledged the Lordship of Christ the Redeemer in their lives - to make known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms the manifold wisdom of God.
It is 'our job' to do it! We are told satan is temporarily the prince of the power of the air. Through the fall of Adam, every child inherits the 'sign of the Fall' - sin. Every child is born with a rebellious spirit, however much an angel they may look whilst they are asleep! That 'inheritance' makes them a captive of satan and doomed to live in the kingdom of darkness for the rest of eternity unless they are released.
The only way they can be released is by 'the Church' - or someone in it - maybe you - "preaching the Gospel to them and explaining the manifold wisdom of God - that God was in Christ reconciling the world (them) to Himself." That through His death and shed blood, alone, will they be "set free". Then satan knows that when anyone claims the protection of the Blood of the Lamb - he has lost yet another of his captives - yet again his frail temporary kingdom has received a "body" blow!
We, the Church, are the only ones who can "bind the strongman so that we may spoil his house". How much damage have you done in Jesus' Name?
Let's together, go and declare the manifold wisdom of God so that the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms know - and tremble!
